Gonzalo Varela De Ferari.
Gonzalo concentrates his practice on defending clients in civil and commercial proceedings before ordinary and arbitral tribunals, alongside general corporate matters and insolvency and debt restructuring work.
In dispute resolution he has advised companies and their controlling shareholders in highly complex corporate and commercial disputes, working closely with clients and leading multidisciplinary teams. In insolvency, his experience stands out in liquidation proceedings of debtor companies and in cross-border insolvency.
He has taken part in merger and acquisition processes, and advised domestic and multinational business groups, foundations and chambers of commerce, both on transactional matters and on day-to-day business.
