Camila concentrates her practice on employment law and labor compliance, advising companies on individual employment matters, risk prevention, workforce relations and regulatory compliance. Her work spans both day-to-day legal management and the design of preventive structures to mitigate risk: internal regulations, prevention protocols, corporate policies, labor audits and support through reorganization and termination processes.

On the contentious side she represents employers in claims for unfair dismissal, infringement of fundamental rights, recognition of employment relationships and void dismissal, among other matters proper to employment law. In labor compliance, she advises on structuring prevention models, internal investigations and the procedures arising from complaints.

She has advised companies across a range of sectors — mining, construction, retail and real estate, among others — providing ongoing counsel to businesses, which has given her a direct understanding of their operational needs.
