Ricardo focuses his practice on corporate law and complex transactions. He advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, financing rounds, joint venture structuring and contracting, with particular ease in deals where the technology and infrastructure component is decisive.

With more than a decade of experience, he has guided clients through the negotiation of contracts tied to public works and infrastructure projects, as well as the securing of administrative permits.

His postgraduate training in law and technology in the United States is complemented by his work as founder and developer of PSV Lab, an enterprise software company, and creator of an artificial intelligence platform applied to legal practice.
